I think that a country already if poor, if need what many of us have for example:a home, food, work and a stable economy, why I like U2 fan I think it is obligation and even I think it is the mission number 1 for all and here in guatemala helped with food, clothing, etc. But even so need reach the goal It is to see to haiti as a happy, restored country and know leave to after the ghosts of this disaster.

I applaud Bono and Edge and all the artists that took part in the telethon. However I really felt this song was very weak. Perhaps if I could have heard Bono sing it instead of just Jay-Z rapping and Rhianna wailing it might have been more effective. I was very happy to donate to the Red Cross for Haiti but could not bring myself to buy this song. Disappointing.

Stranded is a beautiful song. I love Edge's guitar work. Love the rap/electric guitar combo. Bono is trying not to steal the show on this one, which is god of him. Of course I would have loved to hear him more on the song, being a fan, but the song really works well!

Beautiful song. The Edge's guitar playing and Bono's lyrics made this song and the collaboration awesome. So proud to be a die-hard U2 fan! They are such humanitarians. Be it Africa, Asia, New Orleans or the Caribbean, my boys always makes me proud. I downloaded both versions and made a donation on-line as well as gave at Church. As a nurse I wanted to go to Haiti to help but could not. So I'll do what I can financially instead.

I'm very happy to contibute to this cause and all the fans of U2 and Bono would be happy ti hear this song (studio record) ...Bono's voice is better than in the live version ....
I'm so sad for the people of Haiti, i'm so sad to see this world and the tragedie of mother nature who is always punishing poor people ( tsunami in indonésia, Haiti...)
Please ....download this album ...it's only 8 dollars or 7 € ...it's nothing for us ...but so important for them !
