Wishing Bono a full recovery! Having been laid up due to a major knee injury for 6 months, I know how difficult and frustrating it is to watch time speed by while you're incapacitated, unable to move at the usual warp speed we grow accustomed to. I'm no Bono, mind you, but human, and humbled by injury and the process of rehabilitation. Take your time; U2 fans aren't going anywhere. Looking forward to another phenomenal performance down the road. Hang in there, take care of yourself and be well!

Perhpas it may be wiser and older (like us bono( I have had similar problems but luckily not had to undergo surgury. How did it happen?........... to postpone the european leg of the tour and then also do glastonbury and dublin and wembley and coventry (we have posh stadiuim) in 2011. however the main point is get fit, get well, and relax. then you will find what you are looking for . peace and love. Thanks edge for this video. We've spent a lot of money to see U2 in the US... Money's lost..plane, tickets, hotels, call girls (lol)...5 000€...All the savings of one year left in smoke ! But the most important is Bono's health ! Money is not important but faith is !

Cliche as it sounds I do believe that everything happens for a reason. Bono, I'm so sorry you got hurt. I don't know you and I know that you've got everything together for the rest of the tour but maybe you are supposed to be home. I remember when Edge's daughter was sick and part of the Vertigo tour was postponed. Edge went home and it deepened my respect for you, Edge, and the band. Be well and keep away from the motorcyles. :)

Bono, we want to wish you a very speedy and healthy recovery. My wife and I are saddened by your injury and the postponement of the concert. However, we were saddened before the news b/c she wasn't going to be able to attend on July 9th in Miami. This would have been our first U2 concert apart. Now we both look forward to seeing you healthy, singing and dancing around in 2011 in Miami!! Get Well Soon!

I just found out about Bono's surgery via an email from U2.com. I'm so glad it's over for him and that everything is okay. I will be praying for him for a quick recovery and for the band as well.
