Streaming At Your Feet

Falling At Your Feet, featuring Bono, is one of 13 tracks from the new Daniel Lanois album which you can now hear online.

Shine, the first Daniel Lanois solo album in ten years, is released later this month. Recorded in locations from Mexico to Dublin, the new album is unsurprisingly broad in its range of sounds, emotions, and approaches to music-making. From the epic sweep of 'I Love You,' featuring Emmylou Harris, to the music-box melody of the instrumental 'JJ Leaves LA', the album represents a lifetime spent absorbing blues, rock, country, and folk song.

'I wanted the record to be one of those that you put on and you never take off,' says Lanois, who has worked as a producer with U2 since the Joshua Tree. 'I wanted it to have songs that could be embraced by all - popular songs - and also mystery songs, snapshot songs, smaller songs, and I wanted to include tripped-out psychedelic instrumentals that take people on a journey.'

'Falling at Your Feet,' which Bono co-wrote with Lanois, made its debut on the soundtrack to the Million Dollar Hotel movie.
