Until the End of the World is two songs in one: First, a fantastic 'band song' that U2 clearly enjoying playing for themselves as much as everyone else; it's been in every set I've seen (a lot) since 1993, and--I think--on all of the live releases since then as well. Second it's the first dark and melancholic on Achtung Baby. Over the years I've felt like the live performances have lost the latter characteristic, making the performances (even with Bono and Edges theatrical sparring) seem a bit 'Girlfriend in a Coma' to me--the energy of the performance and the nature of the song are out of sync. When I heard Patti Smith's version I thought it was perfect--not that I don't enjoy the live versions, but to me P.S. captures the mood of the song perfectly. I'd love to hear U2 cover Patti Smith's version!

Ultraviolet (LMW)
Put simply, it's just a brilliant version. It is as if U2 wrote it for them, they almost make it their own....take a bow The Killers, bravo.

The Killers - Ultraviolet (Light My Way)
The Killers - Ultraviolet (Light My Way),this version is the best, entry and with that melancholy sound of the guitar, puts you goosebumps as when you're in the stadium and the concert begins entering the band is super exciting ...

Bis Ans Ende Der Welt
Patti Smith's version of Until the End of the World is amazing. Great song and her version makes me feel like I am drinking in a lounge at 4:00 in the morning listening to her sing in the corner.
