POPMART

The first time I saw U2 was a small charity gig called "smile Jamaica" I think, does anyone else remember that? But this was my first big stadium gig, the old Wembley was rammed & it was great from start to finish, I didn't want it to stop, I love the pop album, but it seems to be cool to knock it, I disagree & the songs were fantastic live!

My first was zooropa. Listening to Pop really does take me back, that albumn was so out there. I saw Pop at Wembley & Round Hay Park, picture attached. Sadly, I have few memories of being there, I just know I loved it.

i went both nights at wembley but saturday i was up in the stands. about an hour before the show started people were pouring in. the standing area was jammed packed and there was no space to be seen, even up at the back by the beer tent. but as i looked across all stair cases were full of people still going down there. i had been to a fair few concerts at the old wembley but never seen this full. from start to finish this was a truley amazing concert, crowd and band were on top form.
