I think this and ordinary love are great to certain degree...it's just when edge comes in with his solo on both songs...they just don't seem to go. It sounded really off. I don't think this song actually needed a solo. Think you need to stop forcing it and let what you do best come naturally! (A fan of 24yrs!)

Love it, this is just exactly what keeps us coming back again and again. Ever since my Unforgettable Fire cassette tape I have known this is the greatest music creating force of my lifetime. Then 1987 Joshua Tree concert cemented it all. Keep doing it, I will gladly keep giving you $ and time for it.

invisible DIDNT SEE THAT COMING what a song i remember speaking to sir bob geldof after the boomtown rats gig in bournemouth and i asked bob if he had heard songs from the new u2 album he said he had and said it was very early u2 sounding he was write cant wait for the album and tour

Happy, I just feel happy that we finally might have a new album to look forward to and some great shows not to far away & I love the new song Invisible!

Although any new U2 release is measured against the band's potential (perhaps unfairly), there is nothing about Invisible that is building my hopes of an innovative and fresh sounding new album. The song's hook is weak, the lyrics are not up there with Bono's best and musically it a bit dull. It feels like a B_side song. I hope I'm wrong, but they are better than this.
