Another Very Special Christmas

14 Dec 2001
With a new volume of great songs just released, the Very Special Christmas site is hosting video of U2 playing 'Christmas (Baby, Please Come Home).'

U2 covered the song in 1987 for the very first A Very Special Christmas album. This successful series of albums has now raised more than $50 million for the Special Olympics movement. Through its Christmas Record Grant program, Special Olympics funds innovative training and competition opportunities for people with mental retardation around the world.

U2's version of Christmas (Baby, Please Come Home) is available in Real Audio and Real Video on the official A Very Special Christmas web site here - veryspecial.org

And the new album, Vlume 5, is pretty good too, Christmas music with attitude including Eve 6, Dido, City High, Macy Gray, and Wyclef Jean
