Chicago: Hoped for something more famili
Last year it was One Republic AND Snow Patrol in Chicago!! Hadn't even heard of Interpol before. Looked them up & they're really not my style. Muse would have been cool!! Maybe they'll add another act by then!

Lenny.....Really? Meh
I've seen U2 almost a dozen times, and each time has been amazing. U2 have had some fan-freaking-tastic opening acts over the years, and I've never been lucky enough to see any of them. I always catch them at the time of my least favorite opener of that tour. I would have LOVED to see Muse in Europe on this tour!I would be excited to see Interpol again, or The Fray would be cool. They're from Denver, why would they not play here? Instead I get Lenny Kravitz. I've seen him once, and he threw a tantrum. I'm not excited about this. At least U2 will be great.

Thank God I'm in Europe!
Wow - what awful support for the Yanks - let's hope they don't pull the same stunt on us Europeans. From Muse, Snow Patrol and Black Eyed Peas to The Fray and Interpol - something doesn't add up - maybe the lads are running out of money:-)

Why Can't U2 Get Better Opening Acts?
I am a life long U2 fan and have been going to their concerts for 24 years. I just hate their opening acts lately though. They could have their choice of opening bands. I expect to hear up and coming bands that are intriguing -- with substance. Black Eyed Peas and The Fray do not cut it. We saw BEP open for them in Vancouver and it was the worst thing I have ever seen. Please bring back acts like Kings of Leon, Arcade Fire! Why can't Interpol open every show?? :)

Chicago show.
Although I saw them open for U2 360 both nights in Chicago, I was hoping against hope that Snow Patrol would open again but I am very happy to have a chance to see Interpol live. Lenny Kravitz is a great one to have open too but I prefer Interpol if it's not Snow Patrol....they were great in Chicago last September opening.....sounded incredible.

That Rocks
Lenny Kravitz and U2 on a Saturday night in Denver? Couldn't ask for a better bill. Colorado will be gettin' our groove on all night.

No opening acts!
Can we forget the opening acts and just have another hour of U2! ON 7/19/2010 Giants Stadium! I'd rather more U2 than another band!

Interpol?
Who? I am getting old! Loved SNOW PATROL AND THE BLACK EYED PEAS as opening acts for the 2009 tours, I'm going to have to do some homework to get ready for the Chicago and E Lansing shows. I had this CRAZY dream that REM would show up!

Lenny
What an opening act. Lenny is a great artist. Too bad we will miss him in Chicago. We'll take Interpol though.
