Magnificent Morocco

The band have been back in Fes, Morocco this week, the ancient North African city where they began writing much of No Line on the Horizon. This time they've been shooting a video for the upcoming single, Magnificent.



Alex Courtes, who directed the 'Boots' video in London last December, has also been with them - at the helm again for the new shoot. After filming in a local riad on day one of the shoot, it was out onto the streets of the city.

My son loves U2 so much that he is starting a band called TEARS and he is the guitarist.

The old and new U2!!
It´s so good to listen this new album, love it from the begining to the end, and can´t wait to see you here in México!!!!!! Vertigo was great, every album is a good surprise, came back to the roots. Love you!!!!!

Fez and Magnificent
It's the usual play 'Hurry Up and Wait'. Even a band like U2 has to go through the same thing... Can't wait until the new single is released. And Fez looks beautiful. I would love to hear the prayer calls at dawn...

N.P.S. Interview
Saw you guys yesterday during an interview from the dutch television ( nps)and I was very amused by that.In spite of what some people say bono, keep up the good work! Your contribution to the poorest/weakest people in the world is remarkable. And you're right what you said about U2 fans....they're indeed very smart people! .Btw love the new cd

Wicked!
Great to see the band back in high form. It would be awesome to see some concerts expand out of the big cities in the US too. I know U2 are huge, but an in between gig, say Syracuse, NY at the Carrier Dome would be an wicked cool event. Consider?

I can't wait to see you guys in concert!!!! Im going to go to chicago to see u guys!! No hurt feelings of you all turning down my request to meet u all through make a wish. I'll always be in debt for what you've all done for me. Great to have them back!!!
So amazing to have the band back again with amazing new music.....My friend just cannt believe that they have been in his home city of Fes, and they are back there again now!!!!!!

Good to see them back there
I stayed at this Riad in December 2007, it's great to see it again in the video with the guys there, and great to hear Magnificent. Can't wait for the video.
