Sign Up Guide - (The Small Print)

When you sign up to U2.Com, the system initially creates a 'free' account, which does not allow you full (paid) membership rights (You’ll notice this in Zootopia, where you’ll still see only one discussion area). This happens before you submit your credit card details.

If for some reason your credit card payment does not work out, try again later by closing your browser and logging in with the (free) account details we’ve sent to you.

When you then click 'subscribe' you’ll be sent to the shopping cart. Check that the item 'Membership' is only in there once before providing your credit card details.

The system will then email you again after your credit card payment has gone through.

You can confirm that your payment has been completed by checking the Zootopia forum - as a paid-up subscriber, you will now see additional forums in this 'Subscriber Site' section.

Also, under 'My Profile' an expiry date for your new U2.Com Subscription will appear. (Note, it will appear in the European dating sequence - day followed by month and then year.)
